✨Here’s how our lessons work:
Lessons Offered: Online one-on-one classes for piano, keyboard, and music theory.
Lesson Duration: Choose between 30 minutes (up until Grade 2 only), 45 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Frequency: Opt between one or two lessons per week based on your availability and ability to commit.
💡Trial Lessons:
Opt between one or two 30-minute trial lessons.
Trial lesson Fees: Prepaid (₹500/lesson for students based in India, ₹600/lesson for students abroad).
📝 Enrolment & Fees:
Our lesson fees vary based on student's skill/grade level, chosen duration, and whether the student is enrolling from India or overseas, as we follow separate fee structures for Indian and international students. For the exact fee information, please contact us directly.
After the trial lessons, if you decide to enrol, the students are required to complete our enrolment form and make an upfront payment for 8 sessions to confirm their enrolment. Going forward, payments must continue to be made in advance for each set of eight sessions.
Please note that our lesson fees do not include exam books, exam registration, or certificate shipping, as exams are completely optional.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What should be my set up for the online lessons? 💻
For all online lessons, students should have a functioning laptop or tablet with a quality webcam and stable internet connectivity. For theory lessons, the device can be placed directly in front of the student for easy interaction. For piano and keyboard lessons, in addition to the above, students will need a second device - such as a phone or tablet - for playing the metronome and backing track or accompaniment recordings. The primary device should be positioned at the side of the instrument so that the student’s face, hands, and the full keyboard surface are clearly visible in the frame, while the second device can be placed on the music stand, directly in front. This setup ensures that the teacher can effectively observe technique and provide meaningful feedback throughout the lesson.
2. Feeling unwell or wish to skip/reschedule a lesson? 🤒
We totally understand - life happens! If you are feeling under the weather or something unexpected comes up, you can reschedule your lesson with ease. Just make sure to let your teacher know at least 4 hours before your scheduled lesson time (6 hours incase of international students). You’ll have the flexibility to move your lesson to another suitable slot. We’re here to make things smooth and stress-free for you!
3. What if I wish to terminate my enrolment?
If you decide to discontinue, you will have two options:
You may complete all your currently booked lessons and simply choose not to renew again.
Or, if you'd prefer to end your enrolment mid-way, just send us an email at support@aumpianostudio.com with your reason and a request for termination and refund. Please note that a 20% cancellation fee will apply to any remaining lessons, and the balance will be refunded to you.
