Course - Open year-round. Pay as you go and attend as many sessions as you like!
Lesson Frequency - One 45 min Lesson Each Week
Class Size - Maximum 10 Students Per Batch
Lesson Day & Time - 2 Batches Available
Batch 1 - Fridays - 10:00am - 10:45am
Batch 2 - Saturdays - 03:00pm - 03:45pm

Frequently Asked Questions
Feeling unwell or wish to skip/reschedule a lesson? 🤒
We totally understand - life happens! If you are feeling under the weather or something unexpected comes up, you can reschedule your lesson with ease. Just make sure to do it at least 4 hours before your scheduled lesson time. You’ll have the flexibility to move your booking to any available slot within a month before or after your original date. We’re here to make things smooth and stress-free for you!
How can I reschedule a lesson? 💭
Open the booking confirmation email sent to you at the time of payment.
Click on the ‘Manage’ button next to the lesson slot you'd like to reschedule.
Choose and confirm your new preferred slot.
Once confirmed, your lesson booking will be automatically transferred to the new time slot and you will receive an update email.
What if I don't wish to reschedule but instead cancel lessons?
If you do not wish to reschedule and would prefer to cancel a booked lesson, please note the following:
Cancellation requests must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
To cancel, please email support@aumpianostudio.com with your reason for cancellation and a refund request.
All cancellations will incur a 20% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
What if I wish to terminate my enrolment?
If you decide to discontinue, you will have two options:
You may complete all your currently booked lessons and simply choose not to renew again.
Or, if you'd prefer to end your enrolment mid-way, just send us an email at support@aumpianostudio.com with your reason and a request for termination and refund. Please note that a 20% cancellation fee will apply to any remaining lessons, and the balance will be refunded to you.
Important Points To Note
Arrive Early for a Smooth Start! 🎶✨ - To make the most of our music time together, we kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes early for each lesson. This gives little ones time to settle in, and get ready for a fun and focused lesson.
Let’s Celebrate Together! 🎂 🎉 - If your child’s birthday is coming up, please inform us in advance. We’d love to celebrate by having the class sing "Happy Birthday" together, accompanied by the piano!
Keeping Our Little Musicians Healthy! 🎶 ❤️ - To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that if your child is feeling unwell - whether it's a fever, cough, or runny nose - please allow them to rest at home until they’re better. This helps keep our class healthy and happy!
